FROM THE ARTIST

     Ancient artisans from every corner of the world have invented tradition in the way they design, source, and create art.  I find inspiration in the ideas and perception of all people who create and have created. I found my place in the creative world with Bead-Weaving. Elaborate bead work from thousands of years ago is still being appreciated today, I can only hope to create something to last generations.

       I use bright and classic color combinations to make intricately designed bead work.  Pieces are composed of nylon thread and glass seed beads. Each finished with leather, precious metals, vintage buttons and stone beads.  When approaching new design, I enjoy planning a pattern to the T but some of my best work happens unexpectedly when I choose a color scheme and let the new design unfold.  Working with people to create something specifically for them allows connection through design. I get to bring another vision of my jewelry to life and go places I never knew I could artistically. I love that my art is wearable and can merge with the fashion world.  My pieces have that one-of-a-kind look that will make anyone wearing them feel unique and special.

     My business was founded on the ideas of love and happiness. Love the people around you and what you are doing, happiness is bound to follow. I feel the rush of happiness every time I get to design and create a new piece.  The feeling of making something so detailed and beautiful using only my hands, string, and beads blows me away.  I feel blessed with talent and an overwhelming gratefulness for finding my passion in life.  Wherever my art will take me I am ready to experience. This is the beginning of my art evolution and the possibilities are endless.
